Peggy Harden, Administrative Assistant
I was born and raised in beautiful rural West Bangor, where I was the third generation to attend Wood School (one-room school house) until the 6th grade and graduated from Bangor Public Schools. I furthered my education at Davenport College of Business in Grand Rapids with a Legal Secretarial Associates Degree. I started my 40+ year office career right out of college at a law office in South Haven. I worked in various offices in the Bangor/South Haven throughout the years where I met most of the local residents for one reason or another. 40 years ago, I married my high school sweetheart, Bob. Together we raised two sons, who have made us proud parents over the years, and now we have two grandsons, who are growing up too fast into fine young men.
I have always had an interest in real estate history and working with legal descriptions and documentation. It was a great pleasure to work as a closing agent for a title company for several years, which allowed me to work with both people and real estate. Now once again, I have the best of both worlds working as an Administrative Assistant at Kalvan Realty assisting the Brokers and Agents toward a smooth closing resulting in happy, satisfied Buyers and Sellers. I look forward to meeting new people or catching up with those I’ve met throughout the years.

Terry Widner, Realtor / Limited Appraiser
I grew up in Bloomingdale and love the southwest part of Michigan. I am eager to help home buyers find a good house in this lovely part of our world. I worked as a general manager for 25 years and enjoyed meeting people and helping my crew to grow in their capabilities. My brother was a realtor and I saw the satisfaction that was possible in helping people find the perfect home. I saw that it would be a great opportunity to meet people and help them in the adventure of choosing the home. I made the move to real estate and love it. I enjoy helping people find solutions to the issues that buying a home can raise. I derive great satisfaction from the work that goes into bringing the sale to a close, with happy homeowners. I would love to help make your experience as smooth as possible. I look forward to working with you.
