Karla Vassar brings a lifelong passion for teaching, community, and real estate to every client she serves. After dedicating many years to elementary education, Karla chose to pursue a second career that had long been close to her heart—real estate—where her patience, communication skills, and commitment to others naturally shine.

A true Southwest Michigan native, Karla grew up in Bangor and has lived in the area her entire life. She and her husband, Steve, proudly operate their family farm, and her deep connection to the land and community gives her a unique perspective on local properties and lifestyles. Outside of work, Karla loves taking her grandchildren on mini field trips around the area, watching baseball, and unwinding on the porch with a good book and a glass of iced tea.

Karla is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Michigan and a member of the Southwest Michigan Association of Realtors, the Michigan Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. With over 23 years of teaching experience, she understands the importance of building trust, listening carefully, and creating strong relationships within the community.
