What You’ll Do:
As a Real Estate Agent with Kalvan Realty, you will:

• Represent buyers and sellers in property transactions, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Conduct market research and provide accurate property valuations.
• Schedule and host property showings, open houses, and client meetings.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, and community partners.
• Negotiate contracts and manage transactions from start to finish.
• Stay up-to-date with local market trends and real estate best practices.
• Leverage marketing tools and technology to promote listings and grow your business.

What We’re Looking For:

• A valid Michigan real estate license (or willingness to obtain one).
• Experience in real estate is a plus but not required—we provide training and support.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with real estate tools such as MLS and CRM platforms (preferred).
• A self-motivated and community-focused mindset.
