Peggy Harden is a lifelong resident of rural West Bangor, deeply rooted in the Southwest Michigan community. She was the third generation in her family to attend Wood School, a historic one-room schoolhouse, before graduating from Bangor Public Schools. Peggy continued her education at Davenport College of Business in Grand Rapids, where she earned an Associate’s Degree in Legal Secretarial Studies.

With more than 40 years of experience in office administration, Peggy began her career at a law office in South Haven and has since worked across a variety of professional offices throughout the Bangor and South Haven areas. Her long-standing career has allowed her to build strong relationships and a deep understanding of the local community she proudly calls home.

Peggy’s passion for real estate history and her expertise in legal documentation led her to work as a closing agent for a title company, where she enjoyed guiding transactions from start to finish while working closely with buyers, sellers, and professionals throughout the process.

Today, as an Administrative Assistant at Kalvan Realty, Peggy plays an essential role in supporting brokers and agents and helping ensure smooth, well-organized closings for buyers and sellers. Known for her attention to detail, reliability, and welcoming presence, she enjoys meeting new clients and reconnecting with familiar faces throughout Southwest Michigan.

Married to her high school sweetheart, Bob, for over 40 years, Peggy is the proud mother of two sons and grandmother to two grandsons.
